I'm Jennifer Ledford, a REALTOR with The Ledford Group at eXp Realty. Born and raised in Charlotte, full time since 2016, and 250+ homes sold across the Charlotte Metro.

Why I do this
I grew up watching people get the keys
My mom and dad were both in real estate. My dad has been in it for over 40 years, and I loved watching him help people make the dream of owning a home real.
I got into the business so I could be present for my own children and still do that same work. That is still why I do it today.
A mistake that made me better
Early in my career, in a multiple-offer rush, one of my numbers had an extra zero on it. I paid for that error out of my own pocket.
From that day on, I built systems that double-check everything before it goes out. Every offer, every deadline, every document. My clients never have to wonder if something slipped.
