Buying with Jennifer

Buy the right home, at your number

A focused search, a straight talk about money, and a negotiator who fights for your price. Every step explained before it happens.

The short answer

To buy a home in the Charlotte Metro without overpaying, get pre-approved, sign a clear buyer agreement, search with a plan instead of a random feed, and have an agent who negotiates for your number. That is how I work with every buyer, from first condos to luxury homes in Marvin, Weddington, and South Park.

The buyer process

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign a buyer agreement before we tour homes?

Yes. A written buyer agreement is required before touring homes with a REALTOR. I go over every line with you first, including how I am paid, so you know exactly what you are signing.

Who pays the buyer's agent?

It depends on the home. Some sellers offer to cover it and some do not. I tell you up front if a seller won't cover my fee on a home you love, so you are never blindsided.

Should I get pre-approved before I start looking?

Yes. A pre-approval tells you your real budget and shows sellers you are ready. I can connect you with local lenders who close on time.

How do you help me win in a multiple-offer situation?

I talk to the listing agent before we write, find out what matters to the seller, and build an offer around price, terms, and timing so you are strong without overpaying.
