On a $535,000 Ballantyne townhome, that's about $4,280 per year, or $357 per month added to your payment.
On a $726,000 Ballantyne single-family home, about $5,808 per year, or $484 per month.
On a $739,000 SouthPark home, about $5,912 per year, or $493 per month.
